This new club started this week and we began by making a fresh fruit salad. We used a variety of different fruits including kiwi, passion fruit, lime and grapefruit. The children were able to prepare the fruit salad themselves, by cutting the fruit and using the juices to make a syrup! They each got to take their salad home to share with their families.
