Granard is a very inclusive school and we strive to meet the needs of all our children. Our teachers plan a differentiated curriculum and each class has a Teaching Assistant to help support small groups of children.
We adapt lessons and use resources to match the needs of our children.
Interventions are put in place to support those children who are not making expected progress.
We have one full-time and one part-time SEN Teaching Assistant who support in class and lead interventions.
We work closely with other agencies and professionals, taking on their advice and recommendations to support the learning of children with SEND.
