All children with SEND are aware of their targets. These are discussed with the class teacher, parent, child and SENCo at the termly IPP meetings.
These targets are then stuck in books, if they are academic, or form part of a target sheet if they are for emotional, social or behaviour needs (i.e. non academic.).
They will be reviewed termly.
Children with EHCPs are present for part of their Annual Review so they can give their views, or if they are too young to attend, they will have their views represented as appropriate.
