Special Dietary Requirements


Please complete the 'Special Diets Referral Form' below if your child has a medically prescribed diet including food allergies. 


Dietary needs due to religious or personal beliefs or food preferences e.g. veganism should not be recorded on this form. 


Please return the form with supporting documentation from your child's GP, dietician or paediatrician. 

Any form received with no supporting evidence will not be processed.

School meals are provided by an outside caterer, Edwards and Ward, at a cost of £2.10 per day (£10.50 for a full week), which MUST BE PAID FOR AT LEAST WEEKLY IN ADVANCE.  Envelopes are available from the office. 


All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to Free School Meals (FSM) but if  you are in receipt of the undermentioned you must still complete the appropriate paperwork.


Parents whose children are in Nursery, Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 and are eligible for Free School Meals (FSM), must provide evidence that they are in receipt of:


  • Income Support
  • Income-based Job Seeker’s Allowance
  • Prescribed Tax Credits (Child Tax Credit)
  • Prescribed Tax Credits (Pension Tax Credit)
  • Support under Part V1 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
  • Guarantee element of State Pension Credit


NB: Parents/Guardians who are in receipt of any element of Working Tax Credit do not qualify for Free School Meals.


Children may bring packed lunches.  As part of the Wandsworth Healthy Schools Scheme we promote healthy eating, please ensure your child has a well-balanced lunch that must not include crisps, fizzy drinks, sweets, chocolate bars or peanut based products. 


Parents must commit to either school dinners or packed lunches for ½ termly blocks.  Any changes must be notified to the school in writing.  Please make it clear at the beginning of each term what type of dinner your child will be having.
